Any cancellation that results in a refund will be returned in the form of a credit that can be applied to future events. To receive a cash refund send a written request via email to the Event Leader listed on the event.

We will arrive on Friday and stay until Sunday.  You can choose from various activities on Saturday.  Some activities will cost extra.  Included on Sunday is the kayaking through the Gorge Underground. 

Activities available in the area include hiking with over 25-30 trails available, 5 miles to Natural Bridge State Park, off roading, Reptile Zoo, zip lining (20% discount) and other activities. 

For accommodations, there are two cabins we can get; depending on the number of people who commit to going.  The first cabin is called The Gathering House.  This cabin is 2 years old and holds 14 people.  It has two bedrooms and another bunk style room.  Note - most of the beds will be in the shared space.  The second cabin is called Out on the Limb and holds 5 people. The cabins include full kitchens, gathering areas, wifi, hot tubs, linens, towels, etc. and beautiful scenic views.

The cost is $150 per person.  No meals or transportation is included.  This is a self-drive trip.
